Good quality, easy ordering

I ordered a White Petite Bouquet last week for a friend. The website was straightforward to navigate; I found what I wanted quickly. Checkout was smooth, and I could easily add a Personalised Card. The delivery was right on time, arriving on the specified date, and the flowers were well-packaged and looked really healthy. My friend was very happy with them. The quality for the price was excellent, and I'd use Happy Days Factory again based on this experience. Tracking updates were also clear.

Good value, delivery was quick

I ordered a Mixed Rose Bouquet for my sister's birthday last week. The ordering process on the Happy Days Factory website was pretty straightforward, no real hitches there. Delivery took 3 days to get to her in Ohio, which was within the window they gave me. The flowers looked fresh when they arrived and she said they lasted about a week and a half. I also got a personalized card which was a nice touch. I had a quick question about delivery times before I ordered, and customer service got back to me the same day, which was helpful. Overall a solid experience for the price.

Nice flowers, delivery could improve

I bought a White Petite Bouquet last week. The flowers arrived looking fresh and the arrangement was pretty, really good value for the price. They included a free card which was a nice touch. The delivery took 4 days to reach Austin, which was a little longer than I hoped for, but it wasn't a rush order. I'd definitely use them again for the quality and price, but I'd just factor in a few extra days for shipping.

Decent flowers, slightly late

Got a White Petite Bouquet. Flowers were nice, looked good for a few days. Delivery was a day later than expected, which was a bit annoying for an anniversary. Customer service was okay when I asked about it, but the delay was already baked in. Still, the bouquet itself was pretty.

Decent flowers, slightly late

My recent purchase was a Lily Bouquet for my mom's birthday. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; I added a personalized card without any trouble. It shipped out pretty fast, but arrived a day later than the estimated delivery, which was a bit of a bummer for a birthday gift. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was good. The lilies themselves were lovely and fresh, still mostly in bud, so they lasted well. I noticed the tracking info could have been more detailed, it just showed 'shipped' for a long time.

Good quality, reliable delivery

I ordered the Mixed Rose Bouquet again this time, like I did a few months back for my sister. The flowers were fresh and well-packed, just as before. Delivery was on time, which is why I keep coming back. The website did feel a bit slow when I was checking out though.

Lovely Lily Bouquet

I got the Lily Bouquet for my mom, and it was perfect! The lilies were so fresh and smelled amazing. It arrived exactly when they said it would, and the whole process was super easy. I'll definitely be ordering from them again for sure!

Nice flowers, took a bit

I ordered the Mixed Rose Bouquet for my sister's birthday. The flowers themselves were really pretty and looked fresh. It took about 4 days to reach her in Austin, which was a little longer than I hoped, but she still loved them.
